Phil Vickery

Phil Vickery
Chef , TV Presenter and Author

Appearing Saturday 18th

Phil Vickery is a chef, presenter and cookery book author. Having been part of the This Morning family for over 22 years, he is firmly regarded as one of Britain’s favourite chefs.

Phil is a chef trained to the highest standards. He began his career as a commis chef at the Burlington Hotel on Folkestone seafront and worked his way up the kitchen ranks. He has worked in Michael’s Nook hotel in Cumbria, the Michelin starred Gravetye Manor in East Grinstead, and Ian McAndrew’s Michelin starred restaurant, 74.

Shivi Ramoutar
Chef, TV Presenter and Author

Appearing Saturday 18th

Many moons ago, Shivi was born in Trinidad into a colourful (in all senses of the word) family and brought up between those beloved salty beaches, the grassy Leicestershire countryside (via a stint in Big Apple) and the eclectic buzz of London where she has now settled and calls ‘home’. She left a career in Law to pursue her passion for food. Her favourite past times are tinkling the ivories (her ambition was once to be a classical pianist), writing songs and tap dancing. She lives with her husband, her three little wildlings in a house of utter chaos.

Aaron Mountford Myles

Aaron Mountford Myles
GBBO Finalist 2025

Appearing Saturday 18th

Originally from Stoke-on-Trent, Aaron now lives in London having moved from Manchester. He
developed his passion for baking after trying to recreate things he’d experienced in eateries around the country, or on his travels around the globe. Never willing to be beaten by a complex recipe, he loves the technical aspects of creating French style patisserie often blending it with flavours from Asia and the Caribbean for unique takes. He loves a spicy margarita, so don’t be surprised to see popular cocktails reimagined into patisserie form!

Jasmine Mitchell

Jasmine Mitchell
Bake off Champion 2025

Appearing Sunday 19th

Jasmine Mitchell is the acclaimed winner of The Great British Bake Off 2025 capturing hearts and headlines with her exceptional baking skills, creativity, and inspiring journey. Briony May Williams
Baker and TV Presenter

Appearing Sunday 19th

After years of baking at home and cultivating her creativity and skill, Briony first came to the public’s attention as she launched onto our screens during nine stressful weeks in the tent on the 2018 series of The Great British Bake Off on Channel 4. Progressing through the competition to the semi-final, Briony’s humour and warmth, coupled with her resilience and ingenuity saw her become a firm favourite with the audience.
