Phil Vickery is a chef, TV presenter and cookery book author. Phil Vickery has been a member of the This Morning family for over 18 years and he is regarded as one of Britain’s favourite TV chefs.

Phil’s first TV appearance came after he was invited to fill in for Keith Floyd on the Breakfast Programme, and over the past 20 years he has appeared on the BBC Holiday Programme, Ready Steady Cook, Proof Of The Pudding, his own series Phil Vickery’s Pudding Club and of course This Morning. The Bishop Auckland Food Festival - Jack Stein Celebrity Chef, Book Tickets

Jack is the Chef Director for the Stein family’s twelve restaurants and runs a ‘Cook with Jack Stein’ course at Rick Stein’s Cookery School, allowing students to cook alongside him and engage with some of his latest recipes.

The Bishop Auckland Food Festival - Dan Doherty Celebrity Chef, Book Tickets

Dan Doherty is currently chef director at London’s prestigious Duck & Waffle restaurant, located on the 40th floor of Heron Tower – one of the country’s tallest skyscrapers, and will appear in the Cookery Theatre on Sunday 22nd April.

“I’m delighted to be joining the Bishop Auckland Food Festival and look forward to tasting what delights the region has on offer,” said Dan.

Dan was most recently announced as a judge alongside Mary Berry and Chris Bavin on the BBC’s latest cookery programme, Britain’s Best Cook, due to air in April. Jane Beedle Cookery Theatre - The Bishop Auckland Food Festival 2018

Jane Beedle, runner-up in the 2016 series of Great British Bake Off, will showcase her skills at this year’s Bishop Auckland Food Festival on  Saturday 21st April.

Originally from Kent, Jane wowed audiences with her home style baking and will now join winner of the same series CandiceBrown at this year’s two-day celebration of food and drink.

Jane will be hosting a demonstration at 1pm in the Cookery Theatre on Saturday 21 April, with tickets at just £5, as well as running two bread making workshops that all amateur bakers are welcome to join. Read More…
