The Gingerbread Mam
Selling ginger wine, ginger pokey (cinder toffee), ginger shortbread, ginger snaps, ginger parkin, ginger syrup pudding and gingerbread men and women.
Lanchester Free Range Eggs and Artisan Bread
Selling bread made by 'The Lanchester Bread Lady' along with free range eggs from the farm near Lanchester.
Ringtons
Ringtons was founded in 1907 by Samuel Smith, and it remains a family business: three of Sam’s great-grandsons are actively involved in running the company today, and are totally committed to Sam’s founding values of quality and service. Based in Newcastle the firm is proud of its quality door to door service and will have a range of coffee, fine blended teas, biscuits/cakes and items from the memorabilia range at this years food festival.

Bishop Auckland College Chef and Catering & Hospitality Lecturer: Aranya Davies originally from Thailand, has taught at the College for over 8 years - come along and learn how to prepare and cook one of Thailand’s signature dishes. The College will also be providing a stall where you can sample and buy other dishes and delights.
